Crossplay Parties was added in the Raiding Party update (2.8), which allows players on all platforms to party up and matchmake together.
How it works:
The Invite Code system allows PC, Xbox, and PlayStation players to connect and form parties.
Players exchange Invite Codes through the Social Menu, add each other as friends, and appear on the shared Friends list across all platforms.
