About the Game
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is a first-person shooter co-developed by Treyarch and Raven Software, published by Activision in October 2024. It is the seventh entry in the Black Ops sub-series, set during the early 1990s Gulf War era. The game features a single-player campaign, competitive multiplayer with an omnidirectional movement system allowing players to sprint, dive, and slide in any direction, and a cooperative round-based Zombies mode. It had the longest development cycle in Call of Duty history at four years, during which the team rebuilt core Black Ops systems in a new shared engine.

Along with this unified playing experience, crossplay enables cross-progression. This means your progression in Black Ops 6 will carry over across all platforms linked to the same Activision account, regardless of console generation.
On top of that, gameplay in Black Ops 6’s Multiplayer and Zombies and Call of Duty®: Warzone™ starting in Season 01 will count toward your overall player and Battle Pass progression.
The game requires players to log in to an Activision account to make crossplay possible. If you don't have an Activision, you can create one for free or play it in the game when you connect online for the first time.
Your account comes with a unique Activision ID, which is how you'll appear in-game and how you and your friends can identify each other.
