Mortal Kombat 1 ensures cross-platform matchmaking and progression-sharing to deliver a connected and flexible player experience across devices.

Krossplay:

  • Supported Platforms: PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store). Krossplay is not available for Nintendo Switch.

  • Multiplayer Modes: Krossplay allows players to:

    • Matchmake in Ranked Kombat League, Kasual Versus, and King of the Hill online multiplayer.

    • Invite friends for Private Versus matches.

    • Join and create public or private King of the Hill lobbies.

    • View Match Replays, Leaderboards, and Kombat Kard stats across platforms.

  • Requirements: A WB Games Account is required to enable Krossplay and access cross-platform multiplayer features.

Kross-Progression:

  • Players can access certain content and progress across supported platforms when using a linked WB Games Account.

  • Limitations: If players previously played Mortal Kombat 1 on multiple platforms, they will have to choose one save file to keep when linking accounts, as progress will not be consolidated.
