About the Game
Embark on the craziest journey of your life in It Takes Two, a genre-bending platform adventure created purely for co-op. Invite a friend to join for free with Friend’s Pass and work together across a huge variety of gleefully disruptive gameplay challenges. Play as the clashing couple Cody and May, two humans turned into dolls by a magic spell. Together, trapped in a fantastical world where the unpredictable hides around every corner, they are reluctantly challenged with saving their fractured relationship.

It Takes Two Cross-platform Information
Nintendo Switch players can only play with other Nintendo Switch players. PC (Win) players can only play with other PC (Win) players. PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players can play together. Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S players can play together.

Learn moreFriend’s Pass is a feature that lets you and a friend dive into the co-op adventure of It Takes Two, even if only one of you owns the entire game.
Your friend must download the free Friend’s Pass from their platform’s store (PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Nintendo eShop, Steam, or EA App). From there, you can invite them directly through the main menu. You can try the First Chapter in local or online co-op if neither owns the game.
Cross-Play/Cross-Gen:
Cross-Gen: Supported. For example, a PlayStation 5 player can invite a PlayStation 4 player. Save data also works between console generations.
Cross-Platform: Not supported. You cannot invite players on a different console family or PC.
